Snowing Again!

Bright pink dawn this morning.
I made pretzels while watching the snowflakes pile up. I learned a great trick from Cook's Illustrated: add 3 Tbsp Baking Soda to the water you boil the pretzels in. It makes them brown so nicely. Want one?
